ROLLGLASS+
Gensler has created an innovation hub that presents a vibrant new perspective on creative, collaborative and innovative workspaces.
Gensler’s team of designers collectively embraced the challenge to celebrate the firm’s collaborative culture of innovation. At 23,000 square feet, the new Gensler office covers two floors and features a variety of environments designed to promote connectivity, choice of work environment and well-being for 90 people.
Key features include:
The street level entry from Lawrence Street leads to the lobby, featuring a striking stadium staircase designed for maximum connectivity and to host public and private events.
The mid-level mezzanine – the Design Lounge – connects the lobby to the workplace and serves as a highly public collaboration zone. It features state of the art technology and a variety of choices for working, ranging from lounge seating to standing height tables and pinup walls. It’s here that Klein’s Rollglass+ sliding system was used to create space for employees to relax or work as a team.
